We are sad to report that Mike Enriquez lost his battle to cancer last night. Mike was a treasured former employee of The Second City and a long- time fixture at ComedySportz and iO Theater, where he performed, taught and coached generations of young improvisers with deep care and respect. Our condolences go out to Mike's family and friends. We will post service information as soon as it is announced.

Mike was a deeply caring authentic person of great humility and a true loving nature. His quiet kindness and infectios laugh were a grace in the lives that knew him. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
ReplyDeleteI went to High School with Mike. He was the one of the only people I knew who had absolutely no enemies. Mike left his mark on the world in a big way and those who knew him received a true blessing. You will be missed Mike.
