STRIKE = Day of Laughter for Students!

In light of the anticipated closure of Toronto-area schools on Tuesday December 18, The Second City will open the doors of its Training Centre (70 Peter St., Toronto) for a one-day Youth Improv Camp for students in Grades 1 - 8.

The Improv Camp will begin at 9am (drop off begins at 8:30am) and wrap up at 5pm. It will be a fun-filled day in which students will learn and participate in improv games led by experienced instructors, and enjoy a performance by Second City's Education troupe. No prior experience in improv is needed.

The Second City Training Centre offers Youth & Education programmes throughout the year. The Second City's Education Program holds performances and workshops for thousands of Ontario students each year. Our award winning curriculum-based workshops receive raves from students as well as teachers and principals. The Second City's Youth & Teen Camps explore the fundamentals of improvisation comedy, and help children access creativity, boost self-confidence, and develop spontaneity and playfulness.
